We make sure that everything and everyone represented within our work is treated fairly and just and, within commercial spaces we aim to only work with brands that exemplify (or, at least, are more than satisfied with) our core values.
As a brand owned by a mixed White and Asian person, we make sure that at least half of those working with us during every creative process come from those of Global Majority backgrounds. We strongly believe in accountability, growth culture and reflection, so if we fall out of alignment with babehood, we always let each other know as soon as we can.
babes STUDIO is part of the wider babes Network, also including queer-feminist cultural publication babes JOURNAL, as well as future babes parties. We’re currently based in London, England, but we aim to create important and iconic content for clientele around the world.
As we’ve only just started up, we are looking to take on our first few clients. If this sounds like you, head to our services page to see if we’re the best fit for you, then hit us up!

As a writer, Devorah has penned for publications such as It’s Nice That, Creative Lives in Progress, THIIIRD and Theatre Weekly. She has been trained in arts criticism by The Stage’s lead critic, Tim Bano.
Devorah was queer supervenue The Glory’s go-to photographer from 2017–2023 and, again in 2023, curated the annual exhibition for the University of the Arts London’s student union. Most recently, she donated over a decade’s work of photographic practice to the Bishopsgate Institute.
